Supervisor of CMF (Custodial, Maintenance, and Field Service Technician)

Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Supervisor of CMF (Custodial, Maintenance, and Field Service Technician) position(s) available within Olentangy Schools for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year and the 2026-27 school year. The Supervisor of CMF supports the effective operation of the Custodial, Maintenance, and Field Service Technician departments across the Olentangy Local School District. This role involves staff supervision, facility oversight, safety compliance, and collaboration with district leadership to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained learning environments. Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure for each position, if applicable.

Employment status: Administrative, 260-day employment contract

Qualifications for the position include:

• Post high school training and/or experience in the maintenance field
• A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license
• Alternative to the above qualifications as the superintendent and/or board of education may find appropriate
