Delaware City School District has an exciting opportunity for an aspiring educational and instructional leader.
This principal will be serving students, staff at the Schultz Elementary School
Preferred candidates will possess:
- Demonstrated success as a classroom teacher and preferably in an instructional leadership position
- Strong background in primary education including literacy
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the district's dynamic leadership team
- Demonstrated skills in working with a variety of students Including special needs students and English Learners and staff to improve student achievement
- Ability to help lead staff and students to high levels of performance.
