Assistant Principal

Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Principal, Middle position(s) available at Olentangy Liberty Middle School for the 2026-27 school year. The Assistant Principal will assist the building principal in providing instructional leadership for the building; manage, administer and facilitate the daily operations, activities, and events of the school; improve student learning; and, act in the capacity of the principal during his/her absence. Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.

Employment status: Administrative, 226-day employment contract 

Salary: $86,000-$103,773 base annual salary 

Qualifications for the position include:

• Valid and appropriate Ohio certification/license
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and school administration from an accredited college or university
• Three years of successful teaching experience
• Alternative to the above qualifications as the superintendent and/or board of education may find appropriate
